4- Verification and valuation of jewellery for upgrade or refund might take up to 4 working days.

5- Gold Jewellery can be Exchanged either for gold or diamond Jewellery.

6- Diamond can be upgraded to diamond Jewellery only.

7- Refund is applicable within 7 days if manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced.

8- Any charges incurred by ROSSELLA from TAIBA in the transactions including credit card charges will be deductible in the approved refund cases.

9-The ROSSELLA from TAIBA promise for exchange upgrade does not apply to watches pearl Jewellery or custom made Jewellery.

10-Jewellery can be exchanged only in the same country of purchase.

Here are simple recommended steps to measure your ring size : (However we advise you visit a jeweler for accurate results)

  1. Wrap a piece of loose string around your finger. Be sure to allow for the size of your knuckle.
  2. Using a pen, mark the point on the string where the end meets, and measure the length in mm.
    This measure will be the circumference of your finger, please look it up in the table.
  3. Note: if you know your USA ring size you may also look it up in the table.
